Our copper mill operates 24/7, and you'll be a crucial part of our operation, helping to produce top-quality products in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Shift: 2-2-3 rotation, 6:50 PM - 7 AM (Training from 6:50 AM - 7 PM for 1-3 months)
📍 Location: Our copper mill facility operates around the clock, providing you with a steady, reliable schedule and a dynamic work environment.

As a Casting Machine Operator, you'll have a hands-on role setting up, operating, and maintaining casting equipment. Your main focus will be on ensuring continuous, efficient production with minimal downtime.

• Perform basic machine maintenance, manage casting molds, and control critical process parameters like cooling water and gas flow.

• Stay alert to detect malfunctions, adjust settings, and keep detailed records to ensure product quality.

• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations to minimize disruptions.

• Communicate issues clearly, suggest improvements, and work closely with your team to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environments (hot in summer, cold in winter).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
