Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our upcoming new warehouse facility in Rock Hill, SC
. This role is key to ensuring efficient, accurate, and customer‑focused service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about team development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage incoming freight shipments.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve shipping errors.
- Direct warehouse clerks on shipping priorities, including transport coordination.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure timely release of equipment orders.
- Oversee daily workflow and performance of warehouse personnel.
- Support staff in resolving receiving and shipping issues.
- Provide ongoing training on ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Monitor and report daily shipping KPIs.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to ensure timely project deliveries.
- Supervise return processes for spare parts and equipment, resolving commercial issues with Sales.
- Implement quality control checks during picking, packing, and receiving.
- File transport claims as needed.
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in annual inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards in partnership with the Health and Safety department.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency with computer systems; SAP experience is a strong asset.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
