Are you a detail-oriented project manager with experience in the signage or construction industry? We're looking for a Project Manager to lead sign projects from concept to installation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects while maintaining clear communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. In this role, you'll coordinate across departments, manage timelines, handle permitting and ensure each sign project is completed on time, within budget, and to spec.

You'll Do
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate timelines with clients, designers, production staff, and installers.
  • Ensure each project meets specifications, budget, and deadline requirements.
  • Track all phases of sign projects, from estimating and scheduling to permitting, production, and installation.
  • Manage communications with clients, vendors, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review designs, complete site surveys, and ensure code compliance.
  • Monitor budgets, issue change orders, and manage invoices.
  • Maintain documentation and provide project updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Resolve issues and challenges quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Identify new business opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of project management experience (signage, construction, or related field preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
  • Proficiency with project management software.
  • Familiarity with local sign codes, zoning, and permitting procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
