The IT Intern will assist our Information Technology team with ongoing projects, system documentation, and day-to-day IT operations. This role provides hands‑on experience across infrastructure, end‑user support, and enterprise systems while working closely with experienced IT professionals.
Responsibilities- Image and deploy PCs following established procedures
- Assist with network file audits
- Provide Service Desk support, including ticket follow‑up and user assistance
- Support SharePoint template rollout and basic configuration tasks
- Assist with scanning and documenting network subnets and identifying connected devices (e.g., ATMs, CFMs, printers, etc)
- Support installation and setup of IT equipment, including desktop PCs, network switches, and related hardware
- Identify, document, and record server configurations and specifications to support future hypervisor upgrades
- Assist with phone system replacements and end‑user onboarding, including logging into phones and related applications
- Education / Experience: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and operating systems.

Hours:
