Job description

Keystone is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization in York County, South Carolina. We offer internationally accredited and licensed services including education, prevention and treatment to meet the needs of individuals, families, and groups that are experiencing alcohol and/or drug related problems.

Essential Functions

Maintains observation of patients and reporting same to nurse in charge.

Accurate check and charting of vital signs.
Encourages patient’s participation in family activities.

Serves as a liaison for outside groups coming into the facility to hold meetings (AA/NA).

Strict emphasis on maintenance of environment safety and hygiene including continuous housekeeping chores.

Professional and courteous telephone etiquette and communications with patients, co-workers and visitors.

Adheres to the duties assigned as required by the current billing procedures.

Require regular and reliable attendance.

Attend all mandatory training/licensure and receive an annual TB screening.

Obtain and remain current with (SAS) Substance Abuse Specialist certification by obtaining 20 hours relevant training for recertification bi-annually.

Proficiency with MS Office computer software applications and/or medical records software/applications, emails, etc.

Must have excellent organizational skills in regard to keeping patient records and pertinent medical/clinical documentation.

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
