- Continuous improvement leader:
Drive measurable gains in safety, quality, cost, manufacturability, delivery, and customer value. - Customer-facing technical anchor:
Represent Composite Resources as the primary process authority for key accounts. - Certification steward:
Maintain special manufacturing process certifications and ensure the site is properly represented. - Cross-functional problem-solver:
Partner with Project Management, Project Engineers, Quality, and suppliers to resolve daily production issues. - NPI integrator:
Introduce new products into serial production with disciplined cost control and uncompromising quality. - Process author:
Produce clear, complete documentation and work instructions that operators trust. - Floor support:
Coach Composite Technicians to reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and boost part-to-rate performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of engineering experience with hands-on composites manufacturing exposure.
- Mastery of Solid Works, PDM, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and create technical drawings and schematics; expert application of GD&T and tolerancing.
- Relationship-builder who collaborates effectively with operators and peers; self-driven with strong priority management.
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles, methods, and tools.
- Proficiencies: CAD Software;
Mechanical Design & Engineering; CAD/CAM Software - Primary platform: CAD Software (Solid Works)
