Location: Rock Hill, SC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, flexible days)

Job Summary:

This role focuses on process improvement, quality compliance, training, and technical support, with a mix of on-site and field responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain process instructions and specifications for CLC partner locations
• Conduct process compliance audits and provide detailed reports to management
• Provide technical support for anomalies identified in the field
• Deliver and oversee process training programs for retread partners
• Support and enhance traceability systems for retread products
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure partner operations align with Continental’s quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or quality roles
• Prior experience in the tire industry or retreading processes is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing audits, compliance, and quality systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and training delivery skills
• Willingness to travel as needed to partner locations

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week (Rock Hill, SC)
• Flexibility required for in-office days based on project needs
