- Lead and teach
:
You’ll be teaching weekly gymnastics‑based classes (no experience needed—we train you!), running seasonal camps, and helping children grow in confidence and skills. - Support and manage
:
You’ll oversee class quality, help train and mentor staff, and assist with hiring and scheduling. - Communicate and connect
:
You’ll build strong relationships with families and ensure each member feels part of our Little Gym family. - Juggle (not literally, unless you want to):
From birthday parties to spreadsheets, no two days are the same—and that’s part of the fun.
- A self‑starter who’s ready to jump into both teaching and managing.
- Someone organized, upbeat, and eager to lead a team.
- A flexible go‑getter who isn’t afraid of a little chaos—and knows how to bring order to it!
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, active environment with kids aged 4 months to 12 years.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend per month to support events, birthday parties, or team coverage.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
