Primary Care Physician; PCP

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Doctor to join our fast-paced clinical team in Rock Hill, SC. This full-time role is essential for delivering high-quality primary care and urgent care services to our local community. As a key member of our medical staff, you will focus on patient-centered diagnosis and treatment for a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions.

As a Primary Care Physician
, you will manage an active patient panel, providing everything from routine wellness checkups to immediate acute care. • Clinical Care:
  Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within both Family Medicine and Urgent Care settings
• Diagnostics & Treatment:
  Order and interpret diagnostic tests (lab work, imaging) to develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
• Preventative Medicine:
  Provide routine physicals, immunizations, and chronic disease management to promote long-term patient health

  Collaboration:
  
  Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service
• Medical Documentation:
  Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

• Education:
  
  Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school of medicine
• Licensure:
  Active or eligible for an unrestricted South Carolina Medical License
• Board Certification:
  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine is preferred
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in a primary care, urgent care, or fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
• Skills:
  
  Strong clinical judgment, excellent patient bedside manner, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
