As a Customer Service Rep - Plumbing Dispatcher, you keep our office running smoothly by providing support for our customers and field technicians. You handle a high volume of phone calls, managing your time well as you prioritize multiple requests. Exceptionally organized, you handle dispatch and scheduling duties in our office, selecting the appropriate technician for each job and booking appointments in the most efficient way possible.

You're capable of meeting challenges and maintaining a positive demeanor as you dispatch urgent service requests. Our crew of field technicians relies on your excellent communication skills as you provide accurate, detailed information about their job orders. Self-motivated and independent, you demonstrate sound judgment as you proactively resolve problems and seek to make every customer a happy one. You're open to constructive feedback and value opportunities for ongoing training.

• 1+ years of office experience or customer service experience
• Highly organized
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Experience with cloud-based online tools and apps
