Customer Service Representative

First Federal Savings Bank is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Rock Falls branch. Our CSRs are responsible for building customer relationships and developing business with existing and prospective customers. This position processes customer account transactions, provides high quality customer service, and proactively promotes all First Federal Savings Bank products and services.

• Previous retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Previous teller or banking experience

The pay range is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
. We value candidates with relevant education and experience but are also open to training the right individual. The pay range is designed to accommodate varying levels of education and experience.
