Truck Mechanic

Cintas is seeking a Truck Mechanic to manage the safety and efficiency of a location's vehicle fleet. At Cintas, we pride ourselves on the professional appearance and maintenance of our fleet and on providing vehicle safety for our team of Route Drivers. Responsibilities include moving trucks at the facility or vendor; providing on‑site repairs of company vans, as well as gasoline and diesel trucks, including oil and fluid changes, tune‑ups and major service repairs;

and state and Department of Transportation compliance inspections.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

• 3–5 years experience as a truck mechanic

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $25.96 – $33.17/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
