Join to apply for the Peer Accountability Council Coordinator role at The Center for Youth Services, Inc.
OverviewThe Program Coordinator will manage day‑to‑day operations of the Peer Accountability Council (PAC). They will schedule and coordinate services for students and parents, support sanctions completion, and oversee the reentry process. The PAC Coordinator will maintain community service placements, communicate with school and court staff, and facilitate weekly meetings and restorative workshops.
Schedule & PayFull time, $19‑$21 per hour.
Responsibilities- Complete intake assessment and secure signatures.
- Track sanction compliance and update case status.
- Coordinate orientations, training, and workshops.
- Supervise volunteers, interns, and Ameri Corps.
- Attend Greece Town Court to coordinate Teen Court referrals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field; 5+ years experience.
- Knowledge of restorative practices and court system.
- Strong communication, data reporting, and supervisory skills.
- Valid NYS driver’s license; must be cleared by NYS Central Register.
Autonomous mobility for meetings; cultural diversity training required.
