Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

Job Summary:

• The Handyman will be responsible for performing general repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks at commercial properties.
• The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a broad skill set in basic trades, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Perform general repairs such as patching drywall, painting, light carpentry Assist with fixture installations, furniture assembly, and small remodeling or renovation projects.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repair tasks at client sites.
• Respond to work orders and complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company property in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors to ensure job satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and professional in appearance and communication.

• Part-time position (flexible schedule based on workload and availability).
