Generator Supercenter of Upstate NY is seeking a skilled and licensed electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing backup generators for residential customers. This is a full-time position, and long hours may be required at times.

• Install and set up generators at customer sites according to manufacturer specifications and electrical codes
• Perform electrical wiring and connections necessary for generator installation
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure proper functioning of generators
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to generator installations
• Educate customers on generator operation and maintenance best practices
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all installations and service calls
• Meter can upgrades, panel upgrades
• Generator maintenance

• Residential Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrical License
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring methods
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
