** What you'll be doing as a*
* ** Property Maintenance Technician:*
* + Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

+ Refresh units by installing new appliances, carpeting, and lighting

+ Prepare and paint walls

+ Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades

+ Restore door locks and key systems

+ Perform minor construction and/or carpentry work
