Hourly Salary Range: $28 - $32. This range is based on what Roux in good faith believes it might pay at the time of posting for this position and for this geographic location. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as relevant work experience, market conditions, education / training, certifications, skill sets, and internal equity.

• Model and promote good safety practices.
• Operation of dump trucks as needed.
• Be attentive to health & safety regulations, company/jobsite requirements and project details, schedule and budget.
• Be available to work weekends and overtime occasionally as needed.

• Preferred 2 years of construction equipment operator experience.
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
• Experience operating equipment such as excavator, backhoe, loader, grader, scraper, bulldozer, skid steer, tractor, and other heavy equipment.
• Valid and clean driver's license; CDL Class A or B license preferred.
• Experience with above equipment, preferably on remediation or commercial development projects.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter after basic training.
• High School or Associate’s technical degree.
• Clear communication in English, verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Pass a company-paid baseline and periodic health physical and drug screening, and motor vehicle record check as required.
• Good vision and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Walk up and down steeply sloped terrain.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy loads and perform manual labor as required.
