Overview
Solar Field Service Technician - Progression to Management. Salary: $40-$45 per hour + overtime + sign-on bonus + relocation assistance + company vehicle + annual bonus + 401(k) match + PTO + medical & dental + career progression.
Location:
Rochester, NY (commutable from: Syracuse, Buffalo, Albany, and surrounding areas).
- Carry out inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of operational sites
- Use diagnostic tools and drones to identify and resolve system issues
- Take ownership of regional sites with the opportunity to lead and grow a team
- Experience in solar O&M, electrical maintenance, or field service
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and travelling regionally
- Clean Driver's license
