The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on plumbing experience and the ability to diagnose, repair, and install a wide range of plumbing systems and fixtures in both residential and commercial environments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints and drawings to plan and understand plumbing, water supply, and waste disposal system layouts.
• Pipe Installation: Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubing while maintaining awareness of existing infrastructure.
• Water Supply Systems: Install, maintain, and repair water distribution systems.
• Leak Detection & Repair: Identify and repair leaks or issues in water lines to prevent damage and maintain functionality.
• Drainage Repairs: Clear clogged drains; repair or replace damaged drainage lines and related components.
• Fixture Repair & Replacement: Install, repair, or replace sinks, faucets, toilets, shower valves, tubs, and related fixtures.
• Water Heaters: Install, diagnose, and repair traditional and tankless water heaters.
• Sanitary & DWV Systems: Install and maintain drain, waste, and vent systems to ensure proper function and safety.
• Routine Maintenance: Inspect and maintain plumbing systems to ensure compliance, longevity, and reliability.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Experience: Proven experience as a plumber with a strong record of dependable, high-quality work.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of water distribution, drainage, and plumbing fixture systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Tool Proficiency: Ability to use plumbing tools such as pipe cutters, wrenches, augers, and other standard equipment.

• Physical Capability: Ability to work in tight, elevated, or awkward spaces and lift or move required materials.
• Education: Trade school diploma or completion of a plumbing apprenticeship.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
