As a team member in one of our warehouse facilities, you will work hands-on to accurately select cases and build pallets for transport to our store locations. In this role you are an integral part of our supply chain, assuring our stores have the products they need to stock our shelves and meet customer demand. - Accurately pick, scan, stack and place selected cases on pallets safely and efficiently; minimizing product damage, maximizing trailer space and assuring cold chain and quality standards are met
- Safely operate equipment necessary to perform job duties; including but not limited to forklift, pallet jack, VoCollect headset and other computerized picking equipment and systems (training provided)
- Communicate effectively and timely with management and team in a fast-paced environment
- Work in and be exposed to various temperatures/environments (Ranging from
-20 degrees F in frozen area, to 85 degrees F in the warehouse) - Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently
- Comprehensive safety training for new employees, delivered by dedicated professional trainers, as well as on-going continuous safety training throughout the year
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and/or cold weather gear provided at no cost

Experience & Work Environment- Experience operating a pallet jack
- Experience operating forklift
- Experience operating a Vo Collect
- Experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing environment
- Warehouse experience
- Work Environment Work includes sitting, standing, and walking for up to 4 hours without a break, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, some lifting, with occasional heavy lifting, including reaching and lifting above shoulder height, along with continuous interaction with co-workers and delivery drivers in a fast-paced environment.
- Climbing on and off power equipment.
- The average weight range of items lifted is 5–20 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds occasionally.
- The work environment may include seasonal outdoor temperature and weather.
- May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction).
- Will be trained, certified and responsible for safely operating the following equipment, pallet jack
- Food distribution center experience
