Compensation: $32-$35 per hour

• Manage and supervise the exhibit carpentry team’s workload, ensuring timely, efficient project completion.
• Cut, fabricate, and install wooden and other structural components per detailed specifications.
• Cut and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other exhibit items as designated.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to interpret design plans and ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety standards and protocols.
• Monitor and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and safety.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Ensure quality control throughout all stages of construction.

• 5+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in exhibit or trade‑show structures.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of wood properties, carpentry materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• OSHA certification.
• Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program required.
