WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time Installation Foreman position with work scheduled during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. You'll need to be available consistently throughout the week and capable of working outdoors in all seasons. This is a year-round opportunity with no seasonal layoffs.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an Installation Foreman, you will start your day by planning and assigning tasks to your crew, ensuring that everyone understands their role and the expectations for the day. You'll be responsible for managing on-site residential and commercial remodeling and construction projects, keeping everything aligned with approved plans, specs, shop drawings, and building codes. You will lead your team in executing rough and finish carpentry, excavation, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, and general remodeling projects like kitchens and baths, depending on the scope of the job.

Your leadership will be essential as you guide crew members and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule while upholding safety and professionalism. Throughout the day, you'll communicate with the project manager and office manager, contribute insights during meetings, and make proactive decisions to keep things on track. You'll maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites and ensure clear documentation with both written and photo records.

IS THIS THE PERFECT INSTALLATION FOREMAN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in the trades, particularly rough and finish carpentry
  • Additional experience in excavation/site work, towing/trailering, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and general remodeling
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage materials and logistics efficiently
  • Ability to lift 80+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round
  • Ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and manage schedules
