Now Hiring: HVAC & Maintenance Technician
Are you a hands‑on, maintenance professional that has interest in HVAC? We’re looking for a Building Maintenance Technician, who has basic experience and/or interest in HVAC to join our maintenance team. Additional training will be provided for heating and cooling system repair.
What You’ll Do- Tackle a variety of maintenance tasks to keep our buildings clean, safe, and efficient.
- Assist with HVAC maintenance and repairs.
- Repair heat and water pumps.
- Troubleshoot and repair lighting, electrical outlets, switches, and ceiling tiles.
- Maintain plumbing systems.
- Help manage product and part inventory.
- Support seasonal landscaping and exterior upkeep.
- A strong mechanical mindset and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Experience and interest in HVAC systems.
- General facilities maintenance and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and follow maintenance instructions and safety protocols.
- Skills in plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical repairs beneficial.
- Training & Growth:

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 – $25.00 per hour.
