Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Accurately document service work, including labor, materials used, and customer communications.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, options, and recommendations.
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and professionalism on job sites.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency services.
  • Coordinate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain applicable certifications.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid NYS Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • EPA 608 Certification required.
  • OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and mechanical aptitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
