Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Mitchell Design Build is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structural and finish elements across commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Frame and construct metal and wood stud structures.
• Install drywall, including hanging, finishing, and painting.
• Install drop ceilings, cabinetry, millwork, and insulation.
• Set and install commercial doors, windows, and hardware.
• Form and finish concrete (foundations and flatwork).
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project accuracy.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean job site.
• Assist in other construction tasks and perform miscellaneous demolition.

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience (carpentry-focused).
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction layouts.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Own a complete set of tools required for carpentry tasks (hand tools, impact drivers, screw guns, circular saw, etc.).
• Understanding of OSHA safety regulations
