Betlem Residential Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians with at least 3 years of residential and/or light commercial experience to join our team. You will service, diagnose, repair, and install a variety of HVAC&R systems. The ideal candidate is safety‑conscious, organized, and committed to providing top‑notch customer service.

• Service, maintain and repair HVAC equipment (furnaces, boilers, AC units, heat pumps).
• Respond to residential and light commercial service calls.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and maintenance tips.
• Coordinate with dispatch and supervisors regarding scheduling and materials.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and company vehicle.
• Work flexible hours when necessary.

• Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean record.
• EPA certification.
• OSHA 10‑hour certification.
• Minimum 3 years HVAC&R service/installation experience (residential or light commercial).

Education And/Or

Experience:

High School Diploma – GED, higher education or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or 5‑10 years related job experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Geographic Disclosure: Compensation Range: $28.00/hour–$38.00/hour depending on experience.
