Security Officer - Flex Armed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location;
Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols at regular and random intervals throughout sales floors, common areas, back-of-house spaces, receiving areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points, respond to alarms, and observe customer and employee activity for policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior; communicate concerns to site leadership and law enforcement when appropriate;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, report writing, and coordination of medical, fire, and/or police response as needed;
Complete required documentation such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs, and maintain required weapons, training, and post orders compliance in accordance with Allied Universal standards
