Provide customer service to staff, patients, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access concerns;
Monitor access points and common areas, observe for unusual conditions, and report concerns according to post orders and escalation protocols;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and/or coordinating with site leadership and local responders as directed;
Complete required reports and logs, document incidents and observations accurately, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts
