TLF Graphics is a family oriented, specialty graphics company committed to producing high quality print products through an integrated collaborative team approach. Utilizing flexography, screen and digital production methods, we print on virtually any substrate such as films, foils, paper, plastics and pressure sensitive materials to meet the customer’s application requirements. TLF Graphics works within the beverage, food & grocery and health & beauty industries, among many more.
Position Summary:
TLF Graphics seeks a driven, full-time Account Executive. The successful candidate is responsible for maintaining and growing a given sales assignment. The candidate will manage assigned customer relationships and drives sales growth, account penetration and profitability within those accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travels within assigned territory to meet and build relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Communicates with clients and gathers information based on their business needs
- Sells TLF products and services to businesses and organizations within assigned territory
- Responsible for achieving annual sales plan through growth and penetration of existing accounts and new accounts acquired through referrals and prospecting
- Creates detailed business plan to reach predetermined goals and quotas
- Uncovers new sales opportunities and turns them into long-term partnerships
- Manages the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal
- Communicates with customers to apprise them of mutual performance, new products, programs and market trends both informally as needed and through periodic forma business reviews
- Works closely with TLF customer service representatives to ensure consistent messaging and best in class customer care
- Investigates and resolves customer inquiries, concerns or problems
- Attends sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows and conferences as deemed necessary by TLF management and/or ownership

Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
2 years of experience in sales/marketing
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer
Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software;
Spreadsheet software and current manufacturing software.
