We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Regional Vice President for The Corcoran Group
. This role is essential in driving growth and franchise sales within your designated market territory.
Who you are:
Sales Consultant: You will take ownership of the market, generating and cultivating franchise sales prospects to meet annual sales objectives. Your role includes building and executing a pipeline to create conversion opportunities and effectively communicating the brand's value proposition.
Entrepreneurial Mentality: You will be accountable for achieving growth through successful execution of multiple sales strategies while participating in ongoing training and development.
Sales Advisor: Your proficiency with CRM systems will help you maintain pipeline progress and create due diligence presentations for brand leadership.
Collaborator: You will leverage shared services and market insights to optimize sales funnel effectiveness, ensuring effective partnerships with sales enablement and growth teams.
Your Responsibilities:
Consultative: You will manage the entire deal flow, from prospecting to relationship-building, negotiation, and conversion.
Self-Motivated: You will understand and implement the brand's sales strategy, aiming to exceed annual quota targets across various sales deal categories.
Collaborator: Engage with internal teams to improve effectiveness and efficiency in achieving brand goals.
Sales Advisor: Guide prospects through the sales process with confidence, leading key meetings throughout.
Qualifications:
What you must possess:
Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, particularly in business development or management consulting. Experience in real estate and/or franchise sales is highly desirable.
Eye for Business: Ability to interpret financial statements and solve problems to encourage business deals.
Communications: Strong presentation skills in both in-person and virtual formats, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of Sales CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
Other: Willingness to travel approximately 50-75% and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
