Responsibilities- Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses and demonstrate the value of our security and smart home products and services.
- Explain our products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions to customers.
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers to deliver a great customer experience.
- Build relationships and exhibit empathy in interactions to convert curious consumers into loyal customers.
- A self-motivated, tech-savvy individual driven to succeed who enjoys meaningful interactions and expanding their network.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to demonstrate value and explain complex solutions clearly.

- Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions; top performers earn $150K+.
- Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.

Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $95,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
