Sales Representative, Major Accounts

In this role you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 – 999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP will provide continuous training and the latest technology to set you up for success as you manage your book of business.

You’ll spend most of your time selling in the field, but also document and manage multiple sales cycles, staying through implementation until new business is up and running. What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate Daily – serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive self‑starter with a persistent style, ability to cold‑call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in person and over the phone.
  • Confident and fearless; embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly.
  • Trusted advisor; builds relationships, lives with integrity, and delivers on promises every time.
Required – Additional Experience
  • Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
  • Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
  • Military experience – a valued talent for discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving.

Base salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions include bonus, equity, or commissions. We offer the following benefits:
