• Base Salary + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus
• Average earning potential of $200k‑$300k/yr (uncapped earnings)
• No cold‑calling or lead generation; 2‑3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day
• W2 employment – comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match
• State‑of‑the‑art sales training program
• Year‑end awards ceremony with luxury gifts, company vacations, and more

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evening)
• In‑home, outside, or business‑to‑consumer sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented
• Ability to attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI
