Your impact
  • Design and execute go-to-market and territory plans to meet aggressive growth goals.
  • Uncover opportunities through research, events, and targeted outreach.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Present and negotiate solutions through polished presentations and proposals.
  • Analyze market and competitive signals to sharpen positioning and tactics.
  • Maintain clear reporting and forecasting for senior leadership.
  • Champion our brand at conferences, onsite visits, and industry forums.
What makes you successful here
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial automation.
  • Proven achievement against sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Exceptional communicator and negotiator with strong interpersonal savvy.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Thrives both independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluent in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable traveling to meet clients and attend events.
Preferred profile
  • 10+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, or field sales support.
  • Experience in Automation, Robotics, or other specialized technical domains.
  • Advanced software literacy (Microsoft Office; willingness to master internal systems).
  • Account leadership experience engaging multi-level plant/facilities management.
Compensation and perks

Base:
Approximately $80,000 DOE, plus commission and profit‑sharing potential.
