Compensation for this role is primarily variable and based on commissions.

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will use your expert knowledge of mortgage products and services and an advice-led approach to deliver personalized residential real estate solutions and build lasting relationships. You will drive productive sales and service activities, develop new business by educating existing and potential clients and exemplify Five Star Bank’s HEART values.
The ideal candidate will possess a referral source network and/or target audience whose mortgage needs can be satisfied with a traditional array of products sold on the secondary market including but not limited to Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA and SONYMA.
