• Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions by demonstrating the value of ADT  innovative security and smart business solutions.
• Explain products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions to customers.
• Build relationships and deliver a great customer experience by communicating effectively, showing empathy, and turning curious consumers into loyal customers.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.

• A self-motivated, tech-savvy individual driven to succeed.
• Ability to connect with people and enjoy meaningful interactions while expanding a network.
• Strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of security and smart business solutions.

• Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150K+).
• Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.
