Retail Assistant Manager role with immediate hiring, focused on your success and training to provide excellent customer service. The position offers full-time hours and valuable management and leadership experience with competitive pay.
Responsibilities- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
- Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
- Handle cash transactions and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe store environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures; ensure products are in-stock and the store is presentable.
- Demonstrate strong communication and intrapersonal skills to support the team.
- Ability to supervise and lead, including training and coaching, in collaboration with the Store Leader.
- Proven ability to retain staff by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and promoting productivity.
- Ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
- Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
- Commitment to a clean, safe environment and compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (or comparable computer skills).
- High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of retail management experience may also qualify.
- Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and ongoing automotive liability insurance during employment.
- Ability to multi-task; ability to stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary range: $15.50 - $21.00 per hour. The posted range is the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range at the time of posting; the company may pay more or less and may modify ranges in the future. Compensation and benefits are subject to applicable policies and plans and are at the Company’s sole discretion unless paid and vested as per terms.
