- Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products
- Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
- Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals
- 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
- Computer skills
- Experience leading a team
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters

Additional Experience and Work EnvironmentManagerial/supervisory experience living our values and achieving results in our 5 measures;
Collective customer service experience, internally and/or externally preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting;
Experience ordering products and controlling inventory;
Experience coordinating daily work of others;
Food preparation experience;
Work Environment:
The physical demands of this work are classified as medium. Work includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, frequent lifting, and occasional heavy lifting, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. The average weight range of items lifted is 5 – 15 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 40 pounds rarely.
Upper extremity repetition is moderate to moderately high and trunk movement involves moderate twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction).The work environment is indoors with exposure to cold (33 – 55 degrees) temperatures near hot equipment (exceeds 135). Basic tools and equipment used include oven, slicer, proofer, and common kitchen utensils and equipment.
