Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T2211) rting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and promote Target products, services, and benefits.
• Assist with order pick up, drive-up, and online ordering; direct guests to enroll, activate, or use these features.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with policy and safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; handle stock during store hours as needed.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, returns, and related duties in compliance with applicable laws.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently; flexibility with a physically active role.
