Requirements& Support

This is an ongoing, part‑time opportunity requiring at least 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday early morning to midday, with occasional weekend hours during high‑volume periods.
What You’ll Do- Travel to assigned retail stores within your territory
- Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones)
- Sometimes partner with team members on 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs
- Build and maintain positive in‑store relationships
- Complete assignments as directed by BDS Manager
- Submit reports promptly via personal mobile device
- Schedule and execute work per BDS Standards and Expectations
- Receive or pick up materials at home or Fed Ex
- Other tasks as requested by management
- Experience and
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Preferred prior merchandising, customer service, or retail experience. - Skills and Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Proficient in using Android or Apple device with GPS for photos, reports, and reference documents
- Own a basic toolkit (we provide reimbursement after probation)
- Complete paid BDS online training courses within required timeline
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
- Ability to travel within 60‑mile radius
- Capable of lifting and carrying 40+ pounds, climbing ladders, and using moving equipment as needed
- Will occasionally travel via flight or other modes of transportation
- Flexible Monday–Friday early morning to midday, occasional weekend hours
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- Drive on behalf of company per guidelines; reliable vehicle, license, insurance
- Travel up to 60‑mile radius (drive time and mileage reimbursed)
- Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk, hear, drive
- Regularly lift and carry 40+ pounds
- Climb a ladder >10 feet tall
- Complete certification to use moving equipment (e.g., Big Joe/Little Joey, forklifts) as required
- Occasional flight travel
USD $18.00 per hour

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
