Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead department teams, responsible for Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service procedures, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru for optimal service.

The Kitchen Department Manager ensures high quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and staff training on production procedures.

The People Department Manager hires, trains, and schedules crew to meet sales and profit goals and motivates staff.

• Lead shifts and manage customer experience.
• Oversee departmental systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• Ensure service staff trained and promotions executed.
• Control food quality, safety, cost, and staff training in the kitchen.
• Hire, train, schedule crew personnel; recognize and motivate employees.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule.
• Passionate about fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum age 18 years and older.

• Competitive pay ($18-$19/ hour).
