We are looking for a Shift Leader.

Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our team ensures the quality of the food and beverages we serve and maintains a safe and clean store environment.

As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career. Many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required) and meet driving qualifications per company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire

$14.57 - $21.86 per hour

• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
• Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
