What You’ll Do:
- Manage employee performance and development by overseeing training, providing feedback, and creating learning opportunities
- Lead by example serving guests in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner
- Provide an exceptional dining experience, including knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings
Requirements
:
- 1 or more years of fine-dining experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Experience leading a team
- Previous experience in roles such as bartender, cook, food runner, server, etc.
