Salary: $72,000 - $75,000

We are seeking a growth‑minded Chef Manager to lead our culinary and food service operations, ensuring the success of our menus, inventory, and quality across corporate cafes and executive dining rooms.

• Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering, and receiving.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience is desirable.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with focus on sourcing local food products.
• Possesses a passion for sustainability.

• Working knowledge of HACCP.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract food service, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing control.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking.
• Serv Safe certified is a plus.
