Daily Responsibilities- Menu planning and development
- Ensuring food quality and portion control
- Demonstrating strong knife skills in the kitchen
- Managing back of house operations
- Overseeing food cost management
- Experience in menu planning and development
- Strong understanding of food quality and portion control
- Excellent knife skills and culinary arts knowledge
- Experience in banquet catering and food handling
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Experience in food and beverage management
- Experience in cooking and catering
- Serv Safe Certified
- Experience in cost management and ordering
- Experience in interviewing and hiring
Minimum Salary: $24.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $28.00 per hour
