Pay Rate: $16.50 - $21.2488
Union Position: This position is part of the Local 6 Union which requires complete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.
Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly, using their names whenever possible, and engage with them in a manner that reflects the refined standards of the restaurant.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a personalized and attentive service experience.
- Demonstrate a genuine sense of interest in guests' needs, providing expert recommendations and creating a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions to provide accurate information and enhance the guest experience.
- Take food and beverage orders, input orders into the point-of-sale system, and ensure that all details are accurately captured.
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that each order is presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or needs promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations.
- Keep your station well‑stocked with necessary supplies to ensure a smooth service.
- Clearing and cleaning tables throughout the meal service, ensuring each table is prepared for the next guest with meticulous attention to detail and a seamless transition.
