This is a full-time on-site role based in Rochester, NY, for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and providing expert advice on real estate transactions. The role requires excellent customer service, market research, negotiation skills, maintenance of client relationships, and adherence to local real estate regulations.

• A valid Real Estate License is required.
• Proven skills in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales are essential for success in this role.
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of the Rochester, NY real estate market is preferred.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and digital tools is a plus.
