Compensation & Benefits
  • $120,000 - $140,000 base salary paid plus production – no negative accrual
  • Relocation Assistance
  • $2,000 CE stipend + 5 CE days
  • 2 weeks PTO plus additional 5 days sick leave
  • No on-call/emergency responsibilities
  • 4 days work week, one Saturday a month 8-12
  • Paid parental leave through New York State FMLA
  • Paid professional membership dues/licensing/AVMA PLIT
  • 401K with up to 4% employer match

Qualifications
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Licensed to practice in the state of NY.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and staff professionally.
