Overview
The Pool Facility Lead works closely with the Recreation Supervisor to support the outdoor pool operations. This is a limited term position that is responsible for participating in the daily operations of the pool and providing work direction to the outdoor pool staff, including being the in-charge person at the pool to address concerns and emergencies, scheduling pool staff, ensuring the facility is closed and secured at days’ end, and maintaining all necessary reports and records.
This position must be able to interact with the public in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
- High School Diploma
- Worked 2 seasons at an outdoor pool, with at least one of those seasons leading/overseeing staff.
