Experienced Snow Plow Drivers

Locations: Auburn, Geneva/Seneca Falls, Rochester/Sodus, and Syracuse, NY
Position Type: Part-Time | Seasonal/Temporary with opportunity for full time
Pay Rate: $25 – $40 per hour

We are seeking experienced and dependable Snow Plow Drivers to join our team for the upcoming winter season. This is a vital role ensuring safe and accessible properties during snow events. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to respond 24/7 when weather conditions demand.

• Operate snow plow trucks and related equipment to remove snow and ice from designated areas.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust techniques as needed for safety and effectiveness.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, and other pedestrian areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow and ice removal.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Prior experience in snow plowing required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problem solver repair basic equipment issues.
• Ability to operate power tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Must be available 24/7 during snow events.
